ABOUT
Safara Rowland is a born and raised Brooklynite with an African American and Japanese background. Her diverse culture allows her to venture more authentic and intersected stories. She is a talented and versatile actor, dedicated to bringing captivating performances to the screen and stage. She is about to graduate from Pace University with a major in BFA Acting and a minor in Peace and Justice Studies. Not only is she a creative being but is passionate about Justice studies because now more than ever our world needs to be brought together with empathy and compassion.
Her recent works include stage productions of Pumpernickel and RENT. However when she is not on the stage she finds her self on the other side as a director. She is also a graduate from LaGuardia High School and had the privilege of directing a one act play of Tim Burton's Corpse Bride.
She also is in the process of becoming a certified Actor Combatant so she can kick butt on stage and look cool!
